Return Policy

We want you to be 110% satisfied with your purchase! We inspect all items before they leave our warehouse to insure all of our items are up to customer standards. All returns can be initiated by emailing us at sales@uniquegiftsandfurnishings.com or by calling (989) 770-6690.

If your item is damaged during shipping, let us know within 10 days of receiving the product and we will exchange out the product for you. We require you to send us the original product back and we will work with you throughout the process. Additional charges may apply if there is evidence of usage.

If for whatever reason you would like to return your item, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. All items that are non-defective when returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee and additional shipping. Additional charges may apply if the product is deemed to have excess wear and tear when we receive it.
